How KodeBuilder works with US customers
You get a named engineering contact, a written first-phase scope and working software in two-week demos. We are a custom software development company for US businesses in the sense that we take US product and operations work — we are not a Delaware entity and we do not staff a US office.
- Kickoff and discovery on a US-hours call (typically US Eastern morning / India evening).
- Slack, Microsoft Teams or email for day-to-day questions; decisions written down so nothing lives only in chat.
- Your GitHub or GitLab from day one, with pull requests and a staging URL you can click.
- A USD proposal after discovery. No public fixed custom-development prices on this site.
If a packaged product (Shopify, a simple SaaS tool, an off-the-shelf TMS) already fits, we will say so. Software development outsourcing to India is useful when the workflow is yours and a template will fight you.
Communication and timezone overlap
India Standard Time overlaps US Eastern mornings and the start of the US Central day. US Pacific overlap is shorter; we book those calls earlier IST or keep them async. Weekly demos are scheduled in your calendar, not ours.
English is the working language for US projects. Hindi and Punjabi are available for Indian stakeholders on the same account. We do not require you to adopt our project tool; Jira, Linear or GitHub Issues are all fine.
USD proposals, IP and confidentiality
Quotes for US work are in US dollars, with modules, timeline, assumptions and exclusions. We do not publish a rate card or “packages” for custom software. Website packages on this site are a separate, India-priced product and are not the model for a US product build.
We sign a mutual NDA before detailed discovery. You own the intellectual property in the code, designs and infrastructure definitions under the agreement. Handover includes repositories, runbooks and optional knowledge transfer. We can stay for hosting and support or exit after launch.
Phased MVP development
US startups and small businesses rarely need every module on day one. We map the one workflow that must work, ship a first useful version, then expand. Amazon FBA dashboards and integrations
Many US sellers outgrow spreadsheets for inventory, fees, shipments and multi-channel orders. KodeBuilder can design a first-phase dashboard and connect the systems you already use. We have not published a standalone Amazon FBA product page; if that is your project, describe it on the form below and we will treat it as custom software plus integrations — not an unofficial Seller Central bot.
Shopify custom development and automation
When checkout, B2B pricing, or ops workflows outgrow apps, we extend Shopify or move the hard parts to a custom layer. That work is owned by our e-commerce development and e-commerce app pages. A future Shopify-focused URL will wait until this hub has query evidence; we will not duplicate those pages under /us/ecommerce-development.html.
Workflow automation for US small businesses
Orders from email or PDF into a draft record, Teams or official WhatsApp Business notifications, approval queues and CRM updates are the usual first projects. Details live on business workflow automation.
AWS and cloud engineering
US visitors already find KodeBuilder through AWS resources. Implementation belongs on AWS consulting, with the migration checklist and migration architecture case study as supporting reading. We will not publish /us/aws-consulting.html.
US-relevant proof
Named references are shared in a call when the client permits. Published proof that is actually US work:
