What “free” usually means
Search results for a free business website mix two different jobs. One is a self-serve builder: you pick a template and publish it yourself. The other is a done-for-you page: someone else writes the structure and puts the page online from the facts you supply.
- Builder free plan. The page often lives on the builder’s subdomain. Your logo, a custom domain, extra pages, and removal of the builder’s mark are commonly on a paid plan. Read that plan before you treat the page as the business’s permanent address.
- Your time. You still write the services, the hours, and the contact details. A blank template is not a finished page.
- The domain. Registering yourbusiness.com is a registrar fee. Prefer the domain in the business’s name, not in an agency’s account.
- Email. A Gmail address works for a start. A mailbox at your own domain is a separate product and is not included in most free builder plans.

This is an outline, not a client and not a testimonial. Imagine a neighbourhood tuition class that has only a phone number and a WhatsApp chat today.
- Name and one sentence. “Evening maths tuition for classes 6 to 10 in Ludhiana.”
- Who it is for. Parents who want a weekly batch, not a full school.
- What is included. Batch size, days, and what is not included, such as home visits.
- How to enquire. Phone, WhatsApp, and one email address. Do not invent reviews.
- Where. The area you actually serve. Do not add a city where you cannot meet people.
A clinic, a contractor, or a small restaurant can use the same five blocks. A menu with checkout, table booking, or delivery is not this page. That work is a separate estimate.
If you build it yourself
- Write the five blocks above in a document before you open a builder.
- Publish one page. Add more pages only when each page has a distinct job.
- Check the page on a phone. The phone number must be tappable.
- Use HTTPS on the address you give customers.
- Put the business name in the page title. Do not paste the same title on every future page.
- Keep a copy of the text outside the builder.
A free builder plan is a reasonable first draft. It is a weak permanent home if the address is not yours, or if you cannot receive mail at your own domain.

The enquiry link opens the website-packages form with India Starter available as the selected package. We first review your name, email and package choice, then confirm eligibility, content, domain arrangements and any quoted additions before work starts. Do not send passwords through the enquiry form.
This is not a free website for as long as you want, and it is not a page that stays free until you ask for a redesign. The six-month period and the later monthly fee are the offer.
