1. Monthly plan cancellation
Monthly hosting and maintenance plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice sent to info@kodebuilder.com. Service continues through the notice period unless otherwise agreed.
2. Setup phase cancellation
If you cancel during initial website setup, fees for work already completed and third-party costs already incurred may still apply. See our Refund Policy.
3. Data and migration
Upon cancellation, we will provide reasonable assistance to export your supplied content where technically feasible. Migration to another host may require a separate fee if extensive technical work is needed. Your domain remains yours if registered under your account.
4. Service suspension
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service, with notice where practicable.
