1. Monthly plan cancellation
Monthly hosting and maintenance plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice sent to info@kodebuilder.com. Service continues through the notice period unless otherwise agreed.
2. Setup phase cancellation
If you cancel during initial website setup, fees for work already completed and third-party costs already incurred may still apply. See our Refund Policy.
3. Ownership, data, email and migration
Upon cancellation with notice:
- The domain remains yours if it is registered in your name. We prefer to register new domains in the customer’s name.
- You own the content and images you supplied.
- A standard website can usually be transferred to another host. Kode Builder templates, frameworks and proprietary modules may not be transferable.
- Migration assistance may require a separate fee if extensive technical work is needed.
- Backups are retained for 30 days after the service end date unless a quotation states a longer period, then deleted.
- Business email on Kode Builder managed hosting ends when the plan ends, unless you move mailboxes to your own provider during the notice period.

4. Service suspension
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service, with notice where practicable.
