1. Setup fees
One-time setup fees are generally non-refundable once design or development work has started. If you cancel before any work begins, contact us within 48 hours of payment to discuss a refund. Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process.
2. Monthly fees
Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are billed in advance. If you cancel with proper notice, any prepaid amount for unused service after the notice period may be credited or refunded at our discretion, unless your agreement states otherwise.
3. Third-party charges
Domain registration, renewal, payment gateway fees, SMS charges, and other third-party costs are not refundable by Kode Builder once paid to the provider.
4. Non-refundable services
Add-ons such as content writing, product entry, custom development, and third-party licenses are non-refundable once delivered or procured.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@kodebuilder.com with your business name, package details, payment reference, and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
